Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to products and services you buy from KONTINU INC ("KONTINU", "we", "us"), based in Houston, Texas. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we provide

KONTINU provides done-for-you AI services, including websites and the AI systems behind them, and digital products we have sold in the past. Our services are AI-powered and run by KONTINU. We choose and manage the tools used to deliver them. The scope of your service is described on your written quote or order.

Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly and run month to month. There is no long-term contract.
• A one-time setup fee may apply, as shown on your written quote or at checkout.
• To cancel, give us at least 3 business days' notice before your next billing date. Monthly plans are not refunded part-way through a month. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Upgrades are handled by KONTINU and take effect right away, prorated on your existing subscription, plus any one-time setup fee for the new plan shown in writing. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
• Introductory prices (for example, a reduced first month) apply only to the first billing period. The regular price applies after that.
• We give at least 30 days' written notice before changing the price of an existing plan.

Limits, add-ons and extra tools

• Each plan includes the deliverables, requests, revisions and usage described on your quote or order. Each plan has a weekly usage allowance. If it runs out, work pauses until the next weekly reset.
• Extra work can be queued for the next month or added as an add-on. We never bill an add-on unless you approve the written price first.
• If you need a paid third-party tool, we buy and manage it and add it to your invoice at our cost plus 20%, subject to a small monthly minimum per tool, with your written approval of the price first.

What's not included

Ad spend, legal, tax, medical or financial advice, tax filing, and live 24/7 chat support are not included. We may decline work in regulated industries or work involving sensitive data.

Your content and approvals

You're responsible for the information and materials you give us and for having the right to use them. Nothing is posted or sent on your behalf without a human approval. We take inspiration from brands you admire but don't copy their logos, trademarks, text or images.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed for your own personal or business use and may not be resold or redistributed. They are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to deliver useful results, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, rankings or follower growth. Services are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KONTINU's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Leaving

You can stop at any time and do it yourself. When you leave, we'll help you export the work we created for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
